Finally, a Metro Brokers real estate office specifically tailored for property managers!

We have a well-appointed real estate office, complete with WiFi for our agents.  We also have a 1200 square foot warehouse loaded with equipment and supplies used in the property management business.  We do most of our maintenance in-house, which keeps owner's costs down, and gives us a faster response time for repairs.

If you are thinking about a career in residential property management, this is the office for you.  We already have the accounting in place, the office, the signage, the Internet advertising, and are a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).   Contact us for details!

If you would like to license on with an existing Metro Broker company, we have capacity at CityScape Real Estate, LLC at our new office on Gilpin Way.  You can join us as a full-time or part time associate.  You can have a choice of in-office or home-office.
